Methods

Physicist, Albert Einstein noted that we may not be able to solve difficulties with the mindset that created the difficulties in the first place.

The inner and the outer are inseperable.

The Entelesyn methods are offered to support your reflections and actions towards the cultivation of a 21st Century transpersonal and ecological vision:

  • Transpersonal ways of doing can inform our engagements in daily life through the depths and qualities of experience that we encounter. It is through ‘doing’ with awareness that we can explore the transitional potential of our deepest aspirations, intentions, and actions that embody new ecological outlooks.

  • Transpersonal ways of knowing can shift the boundaries of our awareness through welcoming non-ordinary qualities of consciousness. 21st Century consciousness can only develop when we live the integral connections between the intrapersonal, interpersonal, and transpersonal dimensions of our experiences.

  • Transpersonal ways of being can give a more fullsome expression of our individual and collective potential through engaging different qualities of intelligence. Deep transitions and adaptations require the use of multiple intelligences to bring about new ways of cooperating and participating.

  • Transpersonal ways of belonging can be cultivated through qualities of participation that recognise the interconnectedness of all life forms. Sharing transpersonal narratives about the challenges and transformations that we need to engage can cultivate a deeper sense of ecological purpose and well-being.

What we do collectively in these complex times says much about who we are as a species, and what kind of world we are likely to inhabit in the very near future!
